Interfaith Week 2013 in Glasgow was a busy one with over 25 events taking place across the city. This included mediations, family events, seminars and discussion sessions.
Interfaith Glasgow ran 4 events during Interfaith Week 2013 and supported another 2 making it a bumper year for interfaith in Glasgow.
“The Imam & the Pastor” DVD showing at the African & Caribbean Centre (Glasgow) and dialogue session
Interfaith Women’s Coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support which raised £215.65 to support their vital services
“Faith & Poverty” seminar hosted at Glasgow City Chambers to bring together faith communities to discuss poverty, give case studies of how it is being challenged by faith and non-faith groups and looking at how people can work together to make a change
“Interfaith Family Fair” at St Mungos Museum of Religious Life & Art brought over 150 people together to learn about the different faiths of Glasgow and to have a fun and relaxing time meeting on another
