Interfaith Glasgow are pleased to announce a new opportunity to work with us.

As part of the ‘Stepping into Diversity’ Youth Filmmaking Project, we are looking to recruit a Freelance Sessional Film Project Worker. This person will assist in all film and media related aspects of the project and in the creation of two short films.

The post is sessional:  there will be 70 hours of work available between August 2013 and
May 2014 at £9ph, including a regular commitment of one evening a week on a fortnightly basis and some less regular weekend or daytime work.

We are not necessarily looking for someone who knows it all already, but someone who wants to learn and grow with the project. Above all, we are looking for someone with a passion for filmmaking and for working with young people, and who already has some technical skill in filmmaking in order to pass this knowledge on to the young people who will be engaging in the project.

For more information about the project, see here:  http://interfaithglasgow.org/youthfilm/

The application deadline is 5 August.
